Whether you’re seeking support through anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, or a sense of feeling stuck, I’m here to walk alongside you.

At Legacy Counselling, I offer a trauma-informed, client-centered approach—drawing from narrative therapy, CBT, and somatic practices—to support healing, growth, and reconnection with your authentic self. My goal is to create a space where you feel seen, heard, and deeply respected, no matter where you are in your journey.

Working together, we’ll explore not just what’s painful, but also what’s possible.
